【摘要】:1.1Thisguideprovidesthedatabasestructureofelectronicdatainterchange(EDI)informationbetweenshipownerandashipyardforcontractadministration.Shipowners(hereinafterreferredtoasowners)andshipyardsmayeachhaveuniquesoftwareprogramstomanagetheirrespectiveportionsofashiprepairperiod.Thereisinformationthatmustbeexchangedbetweenthepartiesduringthecontractperiod.Thisstandardhasbeendevelopedtoestablishcommonfieldlengths,names,andtypessuchthattheexchangedinformationcanbeuseddirectlybytherespectivesoftwareprogramswithoutscanning,typing,orredundantkeyingofinformation.
