【摘要】:Limitationsonformaldehydelevelshavebeenestablishedforwoodpanelbuildingproductsmadewithurea-formaldehydeadhesivesandpermanentlyinstalledinhomesorusedascomponentsinkitchencabinetsandforsimilarindustrialproducts.ThistestmethodisusedinconjunctionwiththetestmethodreferencedbyHUDRulesandRegulations24CFR3280formanufacturedhousingandbyMinnesotaStatutesSection144.495forhousingunitsandbuildingmaterials.Thistestmethodprovidesameansoftestingsmall-sizesamplestodetermineformaldehydeemissionpotential.Thistestmethodincorporatesadesiccator,withthedesiccantremoved,havinga250-mm(10-in.)insidediameterandavolumeofapproximately10.5L(641in.)withthedesiccatorlidinplace.Conditionscontrolledintheprocedureareasfollows:3.2.1Conditioningofpanelproductspriortotesting,3.2.2Specifiednumber,size,andedgesealingofwoodspecimenstobeplacedinthedesiccator,3.2.3Testdesiccatortemperature,and3.2.4Samplesfromthe25-mLdistilledwatercollectionmediuminthepetridishbottomareanalyzedforformaldehydeattheendofa2-hperiodinthecloseddesiccator.Thistestmethodemploysasinglesetofenvironmentalconditionstoassessformaldehydeemissionpotentialfromcertainwoodproducts.Whentherelationshipbetweendesiccatortestvaluesandlarge-chambertestvaluesaretobedetermined,thevaluesforthespecificwoodpanelproducttypeshallbeplotted.Thistestmethoddoesallowacomparisonofformaldehydelevelsfromdifferentproductsforthesameuse.Note28212;Caremustbeexercisedintheextensionoftheresultstoactualformaldehydeemissionfromproductsunderactualuseconditions.1.1Thistestmethodcoversasmallscaleprocedureformeasuringformaldehydeemissionpotentialfromwoodproducts.Theformaldehydelevelisdeterminedbycollectingair-borneformaldehydeinasmalldistilledwaterreservoirwithinacloseddesiccator.ThequantityofformaldehydeisdeterminedbyamodificationoftheNationalInstituteforOccupationalSafetyandHealth(NIOSH)3500chromotropicacidtestprocedure.Otheranalyticalproceduresmaybeusedtodetermineformaldehydeemissionpotentialprovidedthatsuchmethodsgivesimilarresultstothechromotropicacidprocedure.However,thetestresultsandtestreportmustbeproperlyqualifiedandtheanalyticalprocedureemployedmustbenoted.Proceduresbasedonacetylacetoneandpararosanilinehavebeenfoundtogivesimilarresultstochromotropicacidinothertestmethodsusedindeterminingformaldehydeemissionpotentialfromwoodproducts(seeTestMethodE1333).1.2Woodproductstypicallyevaluatedbythistestmethodaremadewithurea-formaldehydeadhesivesandincludeparticleboard,hardwood,plywood,andmedium-densityfiberboard.Thistestmethodisusedforproductqualitycontrolandisasmallbenchtestmethodthatcorrelateswiththelarge-scaleacceptancetestfordeterminingformaldehydelevelsfromwoodproducts,TestMethodE1333.Thegeneraldesiccatortestingproceduremaybemodifiedfordifferentconditioningtimestoaccommodateitsuseinmanufacturingqualitycontrol.However,thetestresultsmustbeproperlyqualifiedandtheconditioningtimeemployedmustbenoted.Note1Ifmodificationsaremadetotheconditioningperiodforqualitycontrolpurposes,itisimportantthatthemodificationisconsistentlyapplied.Otherwise,theresultsmaynotbecomparable.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibi......

本标准适用于收付双方或委托的检验机构对棉蜡光缝纫线、棉缝纫线、涤纶缝纫线和涤棉包芯缝纫线的品质进行验收和复验。验收时应按GB 6834-86《棉蜡光缝纫线》、GB 6835-86《棉缝纫线》,GB 6836-86《涤纶缝纫线》、GB 6837-86《涤棉包芯缝纫线》等规定进行验收。有合约或协议的产品应按合约或协议规定进行验收。
